Golf guides look great on BlackBerry®

Canada’s largest owner and operator of professional golf courses, ClubLink Enterprises Limited [TSX:CLK], has recently worked with Magnet Mobile to  produce a detailed BlackBerry® golf guide  that covers all  33 ClubLink golf course resorts.

The ClubLink golf guide  is jam packed with a number of features including a course finder, course guides, a golf rules directory, a hole by hole expert guide and a digital scorecard.

Once downloaded, the mobile guide resides on your mobile desktop. By clicking the desktop icon the application opens up and magazine content automatically updates.

You can then conveniently read content without relying on a  wireless internet connection.

This week Magnet Mobile launched a new turnkey platform that enables organizations to create their own guides and magazines. The guides will work on any BlackBerry®, iPod/iPhone, Windows or Android device.

Using Magnet Mobile’s ad serving platform, MAGAD, mobile adverts can also be placed within any produced mobile guide. Adverts update each time the user opens up their guide.

Smart app customers have included TELUS, the Weather Network, Puretracks, Rogers and the Ottawa Bluesfest.
