Puretracks launches U.S promo ringtone service.

Puretracks Inc, a major North American digital music provider, has launched a promotional MP3 ringtone service called Web2Mobile.

Web2Mobile is a full turnkey solution that helps brands launch mobile promotions quickly and effortlessly. The service is the first of its kind to be compatible with all major US mobile networks, which will give brands access to 277 million mobile users.

Magnet Mobile Media will host the service, which connects to Verizon Wireless, Alltel, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Cellular One, WCC, Centennial and Immix.

Web2Mobile’s first customer is memory card giant Dane-Elec. Dane-Elec will be employing the new service for their new Dane Rewards program.

The Web2Mobile service follows Puretracks’ innovative DRM free Music Store, which was developed by Magnet Mobile and showcased by BlackBerry® at last years CTIA Wireless event .
