Victoria’s KOOL 107.3 FM is giving its listeners the chance to grab some tickets to Seattle to see pop sensation Ke$ha and the wonderful Rihanna.

By text messaging the word WIN to 54321, listeners will be awarded one ballot entry into the sweepstake. The prize includes return flights, executive limo to and from the concert and VIP accommodation in downtown Seattle. A $0.50 network SMS fee applies per entry.
