Halifax’s 101.3 The BOUNCE has launched an innovative viral group voting contest. The station is giving listeners the chance to win a VIP party for their friends, which will feature Vancouver pop rockers Mariana’s Trench and Carly Rae Jepsen.
To take part, listeners must first create a group and register their “friend posse” entry to create their very own SMS voting “code number”. Then it is a case of asking people to text their “vote code” to 54321. The group with the most votes will win a sound check party for their circle of friends. The group txt vote runs from June 11th to June 22nd. Each vote carries a network fee of $0.50. ( maximum of 2 votes per person per day).
